He was very patient with the numerous questions we had (first time buyers you see), and no question was too silly or too much trouble for him to address. Really great service from Nick, we needed a survey at short notice and he was able to book it in three days later and then sent the completed survey through via email within a couple of days with contact immediately after the survey to give a short version which meant we could send enquires off straight away. Great value for money, accommodated our short notice request and would highly recommend.
